Love someone as your neighbour
We must limit the expression of our love

• Making the most of the opportunity to build relationships and to let them know about someone who loves them a lot more than I do

• Consistent love grows out of higher priorities- higher motivations and it could be expressed one opportunity at a time

• To follow Jesus's example is to make the choice to love the opportunities that arise in the everyday journey of life

• Trust God that He'll put the right people in your path on the journey of live

• Jesus's example in his choice to spend time alone with God in order to be able to love others better

• If we are going to have health relationships , we'll need to spend time alone with God

• What we gain from time alone with God will strengthen every relationship in our life

• Spend time alone with God is a conversation. It'll quiet our soul and broaden our perspective

Jesus values relationships . He place a high value on His relationship with us that he died on the cross to make our relationship with him possible . It was one of the greatest motivation for persuing stronger relationships between each other .

Day 8

The impossible challenge
" Love one another . As I have loved you , so you must love one another ( John 13 : 34 ) "

Jesus wants us to love one another as He loved us . You might have felt that it's impossible to do . Recognising the reality that you don't have the power to act with this kind of love is the first step. Jesus gave us this seemingly impossible challenge is to lead us to find the power to love others in Him .

" A new command I give you : If I'm going to love as Jesus loved , I need the power that only Jesus can give "

- Jesus doesn't want you to try your hardest ; He wants you to learn to trust in Him
- It's not a passive trust , sitting and waiting for God to act ; it's a real trust , involving your
whole heart , sould , mind and strength .
- The greatest difficulties of life offer us our greatest opportunities to trust
