Day 11 and 12 ;D

Hello there , I'm here to update about day 11 and 12 ;D Well , a short update about what's going on today , my mum invited a few sister from church to come and learn how to make "loh mian" . It's a hockchew noodle so yeah , it's normal for you not to know what's that LOL. I've been watching dramas and playing those "playfirst" trial games . Dont laugh . It'll be fun at times . HAHAHA , might be going out for a movie tomorrow . I've been looking forward to watch this movie . I reckon it would be awesome :D So yeah , that's all I guess . Here you go, day 11 and 12 . DAY 11
Feelings are important

- Anger is an emotion, not a sin . What we do with our anger is often sinful, but it doesn't have to be .

- Jesus did not deny his emotions , he denied himself by not always bowing to those emotion

- He teaches us to act in ways that recognise the importance of our feelings.
If we don't see the importance of expressing and dealing with our feelings, those feelings can end up controlling our life .

- As we see the importance of our feelings , we could only begin to act in ways to keep those feelings from running your life

- Jesus took his own emotions seriously , and so he expressed those emotions openly and then chose to act lovingly .



DAY 12
Act immediately , act radically

Give your heart priority by acting immediately
" First go and reconciled to your brother ; than come and offer your gift ( Matthew 5:24) "

- Recognise what's in your heart and do something about it
- If we don't act immediately , our emotions will fester inside until they become destructive
- Emotions are meant to be instructive , not destructive
- Some people are good at holding negative feelings in for awhile , As an example , the balloon( as your heart) keeps getting bigger and bigger ; but along comes the slighest irritation and- blam! - your heart explodes .

Take your heart seriously by acting radically
" If your right hand causes you sin , cut it off and throw it away ( Matthew 5:30 ) "

- Jesus is talking about our heart attitudes and not merely our hands . He is telling us not to let anything get in the way of the radical heart change he wants to work in our lives .
- What's happening in our heart is a serious business
- Whatever that's in your heart will affect your relationships
- We cannot change the way we feel but we can change the circumstances that are causing the way we feel
